      Tyler the customer relationship manager was great. He was extremely responsive through all phases of our move. Norvell the driver also provided excellent services including acknowledging some damages to our items as a result of the move/movers/situations. While schedule was not tightly enacted, all in all we were kept informed and worked together for a team to get it done.

      My experience with United was good overall but there were some issues with some items, specifically with the third party companies used to disassemble and assemble exercised equipment and take down and pack televisions. They only had one person for two person jobs and requested that I assist them on a number of items. The third party company used to disassemble the exercise equipment did not follow Peloton disassembly guidelines which led to issues with reassembly and we are still unable to use equipment. W
