      My biggest complaint is the timetable during load and delivery. When moving out of state you have a 5 day window of when the delivery will happen...which means you have to reserve a place to stay...which does not always allow a cancellation of days not used...which is what happened to us...3 days of non-refundable cost at hotels. Other wise the experience was great.

      Packers were not thourough, and had to come back and gave us attitude when they did. Very Unprofessional. The movers were the best I've had in my lifetime of 15 moves
