Overall, I would describe the experience as positive. The person who inspected our house and gave us our quote, Eric Glew, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He struck me as trustworthy and he sold me on Mayflower. Lori Bellavance was our Move Coordinator and she was very thorough and informative. The people who packed up our belongings in MA did a good job. Some items of ours were not packed very well and they broke before they arrived at our new home in TX. But Mayflower had exceptional customer service

The driver and his crews were professional, courteous, and friendly. We had no damage to our possessions.
