      I very much liked that the salesperson came to the condo and so had a clear understanding of the items to be moved. I was not happy with the communications after receiving the written estimate. We had a great deal of miscommunication via email. I am sure some of it was due to my inexperience, but I doubt I was a totally atypical client.
