      We were very satisfied with the rep (Becky) who inspected our house pre-move, with Tim who packed delicate items, and with Charlotte the internal rep. The driver was a major disappointment. He continually wore headphones covering both ears so I couldn't tell when he was talking to me and when he was talking to someone on his phone. He changed the install date without giving me ample warning.

      I would say the experience of after the move is good. Very stressful before and during but that is just the move itself not Mayflower and or movers

      Loading people Portland Maine were great. The unloading team was good but they were stressed. 4 people , one was a teenager and the women was his mom. Limited English but enough to be able to put my boxes where needed. They had traveled 2 hours to get to my location in an unairconditioned truck and were going to spend another two making next appointment I have to file a claim on my lazy boy chair because it was not put together properly and is wonky now
