Everyone made our move so much easier than I anticipated, from Matt Tester, Cathie Barcia, to the driver Will and his crews, they were all great to work with. Our furniture and all our household belongings made the trip from Indiana to South Carolina in great shape. Almost everything has been unboxed and there's been nothing broken. There were a couple little nicks on a few pieces of furniture but nothing that caused us any concern. Everyone involved made this move a great experience.

The move was coordinated through my employer. The quote process was straightforward, and the movers arrived as expected and moved my possessions to my new house and storage unit in a timely manner. My stuff was well protected, and I did not find any damage (unlike with another company I used last time).

Our driver, Billy, communicated in advance to let us know when his crew was arriving to pack up our house and when they would load. They were usually ahead of schedule. The driver was also very personable and easy to talk to, happy to answer any questions I had about the move. The packers and loaders and unloaders were all very professional and treated our property with respect.
